Mockup with simulated playout. Drag a log item onto a player, the stack, a hotkey or a cart, or click the item and then click where it should go. Players run 1 → 2 → 3 → 1. With SEQ on, a player starts the next one at its segue point. With SEQ off, it stops at the end. Ad breaks load onto the stack and play spot by spot. Space fires the next player, and 1–5, Q–T and A–G fire the hotkeys.

Every player can go to any output. In this studio layout the desk does the mixing: Players 1 to 3, the stack and the hotkeys and cart wall feed separate desk faders on Card 1, PFL goes to the cue speaker on Card 2, and the desk programme output comes back into Card 1 to become the program bus that is streamed and sent to the core. Each card runs on its own clock, so the engine resamples each output to keep them in sync.
Squage Hits Network, 16:00 to 16:30 as-run. The hub sends one programme over SRT with SCTE-35 cue messages. Each affiliate buffers a few seconds, then fills each cue window with its own idents, breaks or news and rejoins the network on the cue-in.
PacketMatrix is the engine and PacketDeck is the GUI. One Matrix binary runs in three roles. The core runs automation and streaming without a screen. A studio node drives local sound cards for live assist and sends the desk output back to the core. An affiliate takes a network feed and inserts local content on cue.
